Quality Marks
We believe our internal standards are higher than any quality mark – but for completeness we have
• Lexcel - this is the Law Society's own quality mark to recognise excellent client service and staff development. We were one of the first 4 law firms in the country to gain this standard back in 1998, we have maintained it each year since then.
• IIP - a national mark to reflect the care with which we train and look after our staff - to meet their expectations and ours. We committed to this standard in 1995.
We are assessed each year against these standards by an external assessor.
