Many clients come to speak to us where they are not contemplating an immediate divorce, but where they do wish to consider the terms of their separation. Arrangements can be made regulating the terms of a separation which can be incorporated into a separation agreement. On divorce the separation agreement can then form the basis of a consent order, as part of the divorce proceedings themselves.
