Actions taken as a result of your questionnaire

We have been working hard on exceeding client expectations for over three years now.

Our last results were the best yet and we continue to work to meet our target of exceeding client expectations 100% of the time.

We are still working on the following initiatives:

  • Developing a web based system that will enable clients to monitor progress from the internet
  • Better systems to cope with holiday and sickness
  • Being more proactive in communication with clients
  • Improving the way we share information around the firm for those clients who instruct us regularly

We have implemented the following:

  • Made email our preferred method of communication
  • Changed our credit control procedures so that all correspondence comes from a real person
  • Implemented an ongoing programme of financial training so that everyone is able to deal with financial queries accurately
  • Changed our terms of business and initial letters so that it is clearer when we will submit invoices
