Hi my name is Ann-Marie Lock
I specialise in both freehold and leasehold purchases and sales as well as other property matters such as remortgages, transfers of equity, lease extensions and variations.
I enjoy my work immensely and all aspects associated with it; in particular the client contact that is a natural consequence of assisting people with buying and selling their houses. The flexible approach of our friendly, professional and experienced conveyancing team makes this potentially stressful time of our clients’ lives a lot easier. Our clients’ satisfaction is key to us and we make every effort to exceed their expectations by going that extra mile for them, whether this is by keeping them regularly updated on the current position of their transactions or being available outside the usual 9-5 to assist them with any queries or concerns they may have.
Outside of work you will find me with my head in a travel book or scouring the internet to source my next holiday destination. I subscribe to Hans Christian Andersen’s philosophy that “to travel is to live”. Even if it’s just for a short weekend trip, I always enjoy visiting new countries, learning new cultures and sampling the local cuisine along the way.
