Hi my name is Darrell Webb
I joined the Family Law department at Bolt Burdon in January 2011 having specialised in private family law since qualifying as a Solicitor in 2005. In 2008 I became an accredited member of the Law Society’s Family Law Panel.
I have extensive experience in dealing with all aspects of family law with a particular interest in complex divorce and financial proceedings and the preparation of pre-marriage / pre-civil partnership agreements.
I have acted for an array of clients in relation to high value divorce proceedings, judicial separation and the dissolution of civil partnerships. I regularly advise on the resolution of financial matters that inevitably follow the breakdown of a relationship.
I am experienced in acting on high-value, complex matters relating to failure to disclose assets. I also have experience in matters involving large companies and business assets which require the appointment of experts including forensic accountants and chartered surveyors.
I am often instructed on matters involving children including issues of paternity testing, removal from the jurisdiction and financial claims.
I aim to resolve disputes in an amicable and non-confrontational way where possible as it is often in neither party’s interest to litigate. My experience shows that litigating only adds to the animosity and further distress to all concerned.
In my free time I enjoy going on holidays, spending time with friends and generally just relaxing at home in front of the TV.
