Nicki Iliffe
I have worked for Bolt Burdon for ten years. Previously I was the practice manager but then changed to be in the more client facing role of a residential property lawyer. I enjoy dealing with people on a day to day basis, solving problems and achieving results. The challenges in this role are very different from those of the practice manager but in many ways more rewarding. The best result of course is having clients who are delighted with the work I have done for them!
In our department we pride ourselves on the service we give. We balance the amount of work we take on so that we can exceed our clients’ expectation and ensure their transactions complete in the time scale they stipulate. I am available most times of the day – or night ! - to chat about properties being bought or sold – not just during “office hours” – some people find it difficult to find the time when they are at the office. I can also pick up emails at any time which is great especially when my clients are not in this country!
Out of work I have a hectic life with two demanding young boys but still find time to enjoy socialising with friends and trying out new bars and restaurants near to where I live.
