We have FIXED our PRICE for right to buy purchases at £495 + VAT.

In addition, the following payments to others will be incurred by you:

Stamp Duty - for stamp duty bands
Land Registry Fee - for land registry fees
Local Authority, Drainage and Completion searches - please allow an estimated sum of £200 for these.
