• We always give a fixed price quotation in writing in advance. We will discuss likely timescales with you and do everything we can to work to your timetable.
• Our department consists of three teams. Each team is made up of two people who will look after your transaction: a qualified solicitor to ensure the highest level of legal input and expertise, and a conveyancing assistant to make sure you receive a swift and proactive service. We try to offer more than just legal advice where appropriate.
• We understand what it is like to be busy. If you work in Islington or the City, we will come to your office if you can't come to ours to sign documents.
• We provide a full legal report on the legal title to the property you are buying before you commit to exchange of contracts. We will be pleased to meet you to discuss it if you wish.
• We have made substantial investments in technology to ensure we can act quickly. We encourage communication by email and fax.
