Hi my name is Jo-Anne Graham
I joined Bolt Burdon in 2006 and am a Partner specialising in Employment Law. The wealth of employment rights out there these days means that I regularly handle a diverse range of issues for a spread of different clients.
I act for and advise both employers and employees on all types of employment and HR issues, including dismissals, contractual disputes, the full range of discrimination, victimisation and harassment issues; as well as grievance and disciplinary, whistleblowing and TUPE issues.
In addition to providing practical, day-to-day, employment advice and litigation assistance to business clients, my work also includes advising on compromise agreements and claims before the Employment Tribunals for individuals. I pride myself on being the first port of call for many of my clients whenever they encounter problems in the workplace.
As a firm, Bolt Burdon prides itself on always exceeding our client’s expectations and we are always keen to hear client feedback.
Out of the office, I have been lucky enough to travel expansively across Europe, the USA, Australasia, and South East Asia and I enjoy nothing more than feeling the sand between my toes. I also manage to find time for socialising, music and tennis as well as being an ardent Liverpool fan - not easy when you work a stone’s throw away from the home of the Gunners.
