Hi my name is Nicki Iliffe
I have worked for Bolt Burdon for over twelve years and I am a partner in the residential property team. We carry out sales, purchase, lease extensions, re-mortgages and many other specific requirements for individual properties / clients. We have demanding clients and my goal of exceeding their expectations gives the best result - which is of course is having clients who are delighted with the work I have done for them!
In our department we pride ourselves on the service we give. We balance the amount of work we take on so that we can exceed our clients expectations and ensure their transactions complete in the time scale they stipulate. I am available most times of the day or night to chat about properties being bought or sold. Some people find it difficult to find the time to talk to me when they are at the office which is easy to accommodate. I can also pick up emails at any time which is great especially when my clients are not in this country!
Out of work I have a hectic life with two demanding young boys but still find time to enjoy socialising with friends and trying out new bars and restaurants near to where I live.
