Hi my name is Stephen Josephides
After having attended University and the College of Law in London I undertook my training with a firm of solicitors in Islington and qualified as a solicitor in 1992.
I then spent a number of years with a major Essex firm and returned to Islington when an opportunity arose, to head the Bolt Burdon commercial property team.
I decided to specialise in commercial property 17 years ago, as I enjoy the “cut and thrust” of commercial property transactions, although this often involves lots of late nights, early mornings and cancelled dinners!
All the commercial teams at Bolt Burdon interact extremely well and in a far better manner than in other firms I have been involved with. I do not need to book an appointment with a colleague on another commercial team to achieve a solution, we simply speak!
We also pride ourselves on our investment in IT which means that all team members have remote access to all our systems and are contactable immediately, including outside office hours, by email or blackberry.
Outside the office I can be found hacking away in the rough on a golf course, dining in a local restaurant or more often than not, buried in a book.
