Hi my name is Tom McInerney
I advise on all aspects of private client law including lifetime and post-death tax planning. I specialise in:
- Will drafting
- Tax planning
- Drafting, taxation and management of trusts
- Ordinary, enduring and lasting powers of attorney
- Court of Protection work
- Administration of estates
I am also happy to deal with surrounding issues such as property, family matters (such as declarations of parentage and family trusts), income tax and capital gains tax.
I have previously worked as a legal advisor at the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees and Macmillan Cancer Support. I am a student member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and a member of the Probate Section of the Law Society. In my spare time I can usually be found cycling around Oxfordshire and watching cricket whenever possible.
