I am a Solicitor in the Enfranchisement Team at Bolt Burdon
I specialise in all aspects of leasehold and property management such as lease extensions; collective enfranchisement; right to manage; licences to alter; and 1967 Act freehold purchases, encompassing both individual and collective actions. I also have extensive experience of acting for both landlords and tenants, enabling me to recognise each party’s distinct needs and interests, and utilise this insight to achieve the best possible outcome for whichever group I am acting for.
Before qualifying as a solicitor I worked for the Legal Aid Agency as a procurement and policy specialist on a number of high profile tenders, which provided me with invaluable experience of delivering the pragmatic and commercial advice so often required in this niche area of law.
I pride myself on my communication and professional skills and will always ensure that my clients are kept informed of every development relating to their matter promptly and in a manner which makes absolute sense to them.
I’m originally from the North East so outside of work I continue to enjoy exploring London with all the sights and culture it has to offer. I’m also a keen cyclist and quite possibly the biggest film buff you are likely to meet.
