Dani Green

I am a Senior Solicitor in the Enfranchisement team.

I have been working within the leasehold property sector since 2011 initially dealing with service charge recovery actions.

I find the residential leasehold sector very rewarding as it is such a complex and niche area.  I act for both landlords and tenants over a variety of matters such as lease extensions; collective enfranchisement; right to manage; licences to alter; 1967 Act freehold purchases; and breach of covenants.

My background is within property management and property disputes which really assists when it comes to this area of work as I have a thorough understanding of what different clients, whether they are landlords or tenants, are looking to achieve.

All clients deserve straightforward and thorough advice and it is essential to ensure that each and every client understands the advice they are being given.  I always aim to go beyond what my clients expect.

Outside of work, I am an avid socialiser and a huge fan of music both listening and playing.  I have a varied taste in music and can often be found at some live music venue supporting some “older” artists, some current artists or even some unknowns.  I also like to try and keep playing my saxophone and flute when I am at home as another interest of mine is travelling, whether that is in the UK or Europe.
