I am a Paralegal in the Residential Real Estate Team
I joined Bolt Burdon in November 2020. My previous experience was at a medium sized firm working in the leasehold enfranchisement department, albeit with experience of all types of residential property cases.
My experience in dealing with high volumes of leasehold cases is proving invaluable. I have assisted on a variety of matters including collective enfranchisements, licences for alterations, granting leases, surrendering of leases, licences to assign and varying leases.
I have always had a keen interest in property, but what I enjoy most of all is the client interaction and communication. Finding your perfect home can be one of the most exciting yet stressful times in your life and my overriding objective is to relieve all of the stress, worries and concerns for my clients.
I completed my law degree at the University of Hertfordshire in 2015, followed by the LPC at the University of Law in 2019.
When I’m not busy moving clients, I am a self-taught amateur chef and baker. I love to experiment, be creative and try out new recipes that I have never made before and build my culinary skills – my colleagues seem pretty happy about this too!
