My client work primarily focuses on tax planning and elderly client matters.
During many years of practice I have helped thousands of clients and have a wealth of experience in dealing with tax enquiries including inheritance tax planning, capital gains tax mitigation, income tax queries and reliefs, trusts tax and Stamp duty land tax queries.
I can also assist with the administration of estates, the creation and administration of trusts (both those created within a will and as a lifetime settlement) the preparation and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney ensuring the donors are adequately protected and the attorneys know their responsibilities, Declaration of Trusts for co-ownership of property and applications to the Court of Protection.
