I am a Senior Solicitor in the Enfranchisement team at Bolt Burdon.
I thoroughly enjoy this niche area of law, along with wider residential leasehold law. I act for both landlord and tenant in a range of leasehold matters such as lease extensions and collective enfranchisement, breaches of covenant, licences and service charge disputes. I also have a background in Property Management working with managing agents to support the smooth running of a development, taking care of the legal aspects.
I am passionate about providing excellent service to my clients. I expect great service when I am the client and this is reflected in the way I operate. I am very proud to have been awarded “Young Professional of the Year” at the 2019 Enfranchisement and Right to Manage awards.
Outside of work, I am a lover of good food and can usually be found in a restaurant or bar in my hometown of Northampton. Working in Angel, I am enjoying getting to grips with the amazing food outlets here. I also spend my spare time keeping fit. I go to the gym often but spend more time pounding the pavements having completed marathons and several other races.
