Contractual Terms


It is all too easy, in the euphoria of receiving the offer of a new role, to simply sign up to the contractual terms on offer.  Individuals tend to focus on the numbers, whether salary, bonus or days holiday, rather than the detailed terms of what appears to be a standard contract of employment.
