We are a progressive Islington law firm seeking a Residential Real Estate Solicitor with 1-3 years PQE to join our busy team.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivating and confident individual to deal with all aspects of the conveyancing process. The successful applicant will be involved in all aspects of property transactions including sales, purchases and remortgages.

Some experience of new build conveyancing would be helpful.

You will be able to work with minimal supervision and have an interest in business development.

Excellent IT skills are essential.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Private Client Career Paralegal to join our busy WEP team.

You will support fee-earners in the Wealth and Estate Planning department/team, dealing with wills, trusts, powers of attorney, estate administration and tax planning.

You will be required to provide legal and administrative support, including drafting documents, proof reading, dealing with clients, updating the case management system and any other tasks required. A proven ability to produce complex legal documents accurately and compile reports is required, as are good research skills. You will be highly organised with excellent verbal and communication skills.

Excellent IT skills and attention to detail are required. You must be a team player who sees themselves as hard working, enthusiastic and self-motivated.

Previous experience in this area of law is essential, although we encourage the development of our team/employees, this is not an opportunity for the successful candidate to continue to a training contract but for someone to remain and develop their skill set within the Wealth and Estate Planning department/team.

We are seeking an experienced Contentious Probate Solicitor to lead and grow an existing team.

You will be dealing with all aspects of Contentious Wills, Trust and Probate cases.

The work will involve elements of mutual will claims, charity disputes, negligence actions in respect of will drafting and estate administration, Executor and Personal Representative disputes, Lasting Power of Attorney disputes, Court of Protection disputes, statutory wills, and Deprivation of Liberty actions.

You will be a member of ACTAPS.

You will have a track record of successful marketing and business development along with some experience of managing people.
