Facilities and Support Team Manager Location: Islington, UK Team: Support


We are a progressive law firm based in Islington seeking an experienced Facilities and Support Team Manager to oversee our support team and provide maintenance and back-office services.

Main duties of the role will include, but are not limited to: –

  • Overseeing day-to-day activities and guidance to team members
  • Liaising with external contractors, Landlords and Utility companies for all building issues
  • Building security
  • Fire safety
  • PAT testing
  • Updating and maintaining of all records and logs
  • Office moves (including the co-ordination, removal, and placement of furniture.)
  • Providing support and assistance for office functions, contractors on site and the internal support teams.

To be successful you will be hard-working, a team player with excellent IT and communication skills.

You will have experience of working within a professional services environment and some experience of working within a law firm environment is desirable.

Ideally you will be qualified or working towards an IOSH qualification as a minimum.

Some project management experience would be desirable but is not essential.

Your hours will be flexible between the core period of 7.30am-6pm and cover for evening functions and out of hours emergencies may be required, so living within easy reach of Islington is important.

IT Support Specialist Location: Islington, UK Team: IT

We are currently looking for a pro-active IT Support Specialist to provide timely and accurate training and support to all colleagues.

You will be a team player, looking to work within a small team and keen to find and work on new challenges.  This is NOT a network support role.

The role will include:-

  • Providing desktop support across the firm for our Office 365, Windows 10/11 software, Oyez forms, and SOS case management system.
  • Involvement in developing new system templates and workflows
  • You will ensure that all staff receive the necessary induction training and continue working with our systems on an ongoing basis.

In addition, you will need to keep detailed system configuration documentation and document system changes.

You should also show a willingness to provide technical support to other team members and to take on ad hoc tasks within the IT Department as and when required.

To be successful in your application you will need to show a good working knowledge of:

  • Windows 10/11
  • Experience of working with, training, and supporting Microsoft Office 365 software
  • Experience of working with training and supporting legal content, practice and document management systems.
  • Office 365 Administration
  • Active Directory administration and permissions
  • Hyper-V 2019 administration
  • Meraki Mobile Device Management

Experience in SOS desired but not essential.

This is an office-based job, and the standard hours of work are 8.30-5pm, with occasional out of hours emergency cover.
